OpenSpace announces $102M investment, $902M valuation (VIDEO)

San Francisco-based construction imaging and artificial intelligence (AI) analytic tech startup OpenSpace on Wednesday announced a $102 million Series D funding round, led by PSP Growth, the venture and growth equity arm of investment firm PSP Partners.

OpenSpace said this brings total investment in the company this past year to $157 million and leaves the company with a valuation of $902 million.

In addition to PSP, which is owned by Penny Pritzker, billionaire and former Commerce Secretary under President Barack Obama, this latest investment round also saw participation from several new and existing investors such as and Menlo Ventures funds and accounts managed by BlackRock.
