How Nibbi Brothers General Contractors Unlocks Efficiency with OpenSpace

In this on-demand webinar, we feature Luis Vindel, an Assistant Project Manager at Nibbi Brothers General Contractors in San Francisco. His company required a documentation solution to help mitigate risk and turned to OpenSpace.

Nibbi Brothers General Contractors was founded in 1950 as a small carpentry business and constructs technically complex, iconic structures in the San Francisco Bay Area. The company has an annual construction volume of $420 million and focuses on residential and commercial projects, with an emphasis on affordable housing.

Watch this brief video to learn how Nibbi Brothers implemented OpenSpace company-wide and is using OpenSpace on a $90-million, 24-month project affordable housing project in San Francisco. You’ll discover how the general contractor has benefited from improved documentation and achieved significant operational efficiencies, such as lower operating costs, better dispute resolution, more effective project meetings, reduced travel, improved quality control, and more reliable verification of completed work.
