OpenSpace Wins 2026 Construction Software of the Year

OpenSpace has won the Construction Software of the Year award at the fourth edition of the Digital Construction Awards, held on 24 June 2026 at the Ritz Carlton JBR in Dubai. The regional programme, organised by ME Construction News, recognises excellence in construction technology across the Middle East. Shortlisted alongside RIB Software and Trimble Middle East (which received an Honourable Achievement), OpenSpace took top honours in the category.

The win marks a significant moment of regional recognition for OpenSpace in the Middle East construction market. The Construction Software of the Year award is judged by an independent panel and evaluates platforms on their contribution to digital progress across the built environment. For OpenSpace, it reflects real traction the platform has gained among contractors and consultants in the region, with teams relying on it to capture, organise, and connect jobsite reality at scale. Winning in a category alongside established players like RIB Software and Trimble Middle East underscores the depth of OpenSpace’s impact on how Middle East project teams work.

The 2026 Digital Construction Awards, now in their fourth year, recognised excellence across 17 categories, with 18 trophies and 8 Honourable Achievement plaques awarded at the Ritz Carlton JBR in Dubai. The scope of the programme reflects a construction sector in the Middle East that is rapidly embracing digital tools across every phase of delivery. OpenSpace continues to grow its footprint across the region, with teams on data centres, commercial towers, and major infrastructure projects using the platform to document jobsite conditions from groundbreaking to handover.
