Building Together: A Case Study on Improved Coordination Between Office and Field

The complicated geometry and BIM used to build The National WWII Museum in New Orleans, LA, required close collaboration across the project team—with the owner, GC, and trade partners all coming together. In this fascinating discussion, learn from MAPP how teaming up with specialty trades and the owner and using OpenSpace reality capture saved them money and time and ultimately helped the wider project team forge relationships they could not have achieved otherwise.

Watch this on-demand webinar to discover:

  • How MAPP used OpenSpace for site documentation as well as a production tool to build more efficiently.
  • How the Superintendent saved 20-30% of his time by leveraging BIM models on-site.
  • Strategies to collaborate more effectively in OAC meetings to keep projects moving faster.
  • New easy-to-use tools for field notes to document issues and create punch items, speeding project completion time.
