Perhaps the best part is that OpenSpace timestamps and pins your Field Notes to the exact spot on your floor plan—much more efficient than stopping, figuring out where you are on 11×17 printed floor plans, and making manual notes. Our AI also automatically tags your Field Notes by the Zone(s) they’re in. You can also assign the Field Note punch item right then and there. Team members responsible for punch items can add photos to Field Notes along the way, such as an after-photo showing completed work.
