How is OpenSpace priced?
OpenSpace pricing is based on your annual construction volume (ACV) and the subscription tier you choose—Core or Enterprise. This ensures pricing scales with how much you build, not per user or per project. The more ACV you add, the better the pricing. And, given the range of global builders and owners we work with, we also support custom pricing that fits those with more unique needs across the lifetime of a building, facility or site.
What’s the difference between Core and Enterprise?
Both subscriptions deliver functionality for a complete visual record of your jobsite accessible from anywhere, faster field workflows like issue management, reduced rework, and a high-quality and smooth handover. With Enterprise, all the Core benefits scale across your full portfolio. Standardization throughout your enterprise gives you stronger resource planning, easier scheduling, and better cost control. Plus, Enterprise includes SSO, access to OpenSpace APIs for integration with your tech stack, and premium support for large-scale adoption.
When should I consider Enterprise?
Enterprise is ideal if you’re looking to standardize OpenSpace across multiple teams or regions, integrate OpenSpace data into other systems, or need advanced support, security, and services. We’re happy to discuss what’s best for your needs.
Can we start with Core and upgrade later?
Yes. Customers can begin with Core and expand to Enterprise as adoption grows and portfolio-level needs emerge.
Does pricing include onboarding and support?
Yes. All subscriptions include onboarding and support. Enterprise customers receive additional onboarding sessions and tailored adoption support.
Can I add projects or OpenSpace Progress Tracking at a later date?
You can add to your subscription contract anytime. New additions will be prorated and co-termed with your original contract—simple and seamless. You can contact us to add OpenSpace Progress Tracking to your subscription.
Can I purchase a subscription to OpenSpace for multiple years?
Yes. We offer multi-year subscriptions for Core and Enterprise.
Can I purchase OpenSpace for a single project?
Yes. Our annual subscriptions work for one project or many. Most customers see more value when they add more projects to their contract.
