Dustin Weller

Director of Field Operations, Carlton Electric

As the Director of Field Operations at Carlton Electric, Dustin is responsible for leading, training, managing, and organizing our field operations. Driven by passion, purpose, honesty, and realism, Dustin maintains an active pulse on our field crews, keeping the heart of the company pumping. Dustin is certified as an OSHA 30 Competent Person, has graduated from the IEC/ABC Project Management Institute, is a licensed Master Electrician, and is certified in Denver and Boulder Colorado fire alarm systems.

Jed Rairdon

Project Superintendent, Carlton Electric

Jed is a Project Superintendent at Carlton Electric, where he oversees large teams to deliver successful projects. He has worked at Carlton Electric for 12 years. Jed earned an AS in Building Construction Technology from Red Rocks Community College.

Shayne Bowe

Senior Project Manager, Carlton Electric

Shayne has been in the electrical industry for over 35 years. As a Senior Project Manager with Carlton Electric, he is responsible for managing our large projects, as well as leading and training our project management team. Shayne has obtained his Colorado Masters license and OSHA 30 and is a graduate of the IEC/ABC Project Management Institutes. When asked what his favorite thing about his job is, he answers, “turning on the lights.” He loves seeing a completed project with a satisfied customer.

Sales Manager - Trades, OpenSpace

Josh Berger is Sales Manager for Trades at OpenSpace and brings a decade of industry experience in construction and real estate. He held several roles in sales, real estate development, and leasing prior to joining OpenSpace. Josh earned a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
