The OpenSpace difference

Connecting the field and office with OpenSpace BIM+

OpenSpace BIM+ enhances coordination between VDC and field teams. Our AI and computer vision technology align 360° photos with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to provide a user-friendly version of BIM for the field. That means teams can manage on-site coordination issues without needing extensive BIM expertise or reliance on the VDC team.

Field Notes enhanced with Zones

Zones streamline Field Note management by allowing users to set specific areas or phases (Zones) for tracking. When you create a new Zone on your sheet, or update an existing Zone, OpenSpace reanalyzes all Field Notes to ensure they’re tagged to match the updates. With all Field Notes automatically mapped to Zones, users can easily view progress, communicate changes, document QA/QC, and streamline punch lists and RFIs—at the jobsite or in the office.

Powerful integrations for streamlined workflows

OpenSpace integrates with tools you use every day. Skip the back and forth and double entry by linking OpenSpace directly to Revizto, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (BIM 360 & Build), and PlanGrid. Plus, you can easily export image and location data directly into these systems for RFIs, observations, and more. You can also log in and link projects to multiple integrations (such as Procore and ACC) at the same time.
